As President and founder of Brainforest, Nils has built a multi-disciplinary firm dedicated to the development and implementation of strategic solutions to brand challenges. Nils continually leads the Brainforest team in delivering award-winning and strategic brand building, multi-media programs for a wide range of clients including the Arizona State University, City of Chicago, Inova Health System, Blackberry, Motorola, Ariba, PR Newswire, Spicewater, and WXRT Radio Chicago. Lynne has over 25 years of experience in the design communication field managing the creative process. Lynne is a key motivator, ensuring that Brainforest’s work is on strategy, on time and on budget. Before joining Brainforest, she managed large creative teams at Lipman Hearne, a marketing communications firm serving the non-profit sector. She also serves as client services manager on numerous creative campaigns. Clients have included Chicago Public Schools, After School Matters, City of Chicago, BlackBerry, MacArthur Foundation, Project HOPE, Rand Corporation, Qatar Education Reform and Vanderbilt University.
